Exclusive Photos of Coco Martin at the Hollywood Screening of his movie "NOY"

Friday, November 19, 2010

These are photos from the screening of Coco Martin's movie, "NOY," at The Chaplin Theater in Hollywood last November 16, 2010. The event was hosted by hollywood actor Michael Copon (na super crush ko sa one tree hill!!!!),  and was attended by some celebrities like Ron Jeremy, SWAY from American Idol, Xango Henry, etc. Nagkaroon din ng question and answer portion after the screening. January next year, malalaman na if "NOY" got the 'Oscar nod.' Good luck Coco! And of course, thanks to may friend Muriel Reroma from L.A. for the photos and information.

Noy is simply not a good movie. obviously, isa nanaman tong paninipsip kay Presidente Noynoy.

i think LOLA by Brillante Mendoza could have been the better choice...it is well crafted, has a universal appeal and has truth and brilliance spelled all over the film

excuse me lang ha, dun sa panlimang nagcomment. ako po yung second na nagcomment. FYI lang, napanood ko ang movie na yan dahil inakala ko nga na de kalidad dahil sa katakut takot na mga "praise" release and ilang positive reviews. obviously, ang mga professional reviewers na nagsabing magandang pelikula ito ay mga nabayaran ng kung sinu man o sumisipsip lang kay Noynoy. baka ikaw ang hindi nakapanood nung movie. kung napanuod mo naman and still sasabihin mong magandang pelikula yan, then you know nothing about quality movies. at hindi po puro kabaklaan at kalaswaan ang filipino indie films. you should broaden your horizons para hind lang yung mga ganyang indie films ang nalalaman mo.
